Welding is a complex manufacturing process and critical to manufacturing high quality product. Lota’s auto-welding capabilities ensure both quality and productivity.
This automated equipment can automatically select tools, adjust feed rates, and change spindles. This allows one part to be produced completely within the machining center using various tools, drills, or saws.
Low Pressure Die Cast
Die casting is a versatile process for producing engineered metal parts by forcing molten metal under high pressure into reusable steel molds. These molds, called dies, can be designed to produce complex shapes with a high degree of accuracy and repeatability.
Forging is the process of shaping metals with compressive force. Lota has a modern foundry utilizing both sand and gravity sand casting processes.
Lota has over 60 injection mold machines, ranging from 90T up to 800T. These automated machines utilize ABS, PS, PPO, PC, and POM materials to product precision parts.
Zinc Die Cast
Lota has one of the largest zinc die casting centers in Asia, with over 40 machines dedicated to producing lever handles, hubs, and other key components.
Lota’s utilizes over 65 machines in our stamping center, producing both brass and stainless steel components.
Tube Forming and Bending
Lota operates 25 1T machines for tube forming and bending.
